Prunus Serotina
Beautiful markings that have long fascinated woodworkers. Used exclusively in fine furniture and cabinetry, cherry is coveted throughout
the world particularly in Europe. Occasional clusters of pin knots and
dark streaks of gum set cherry apart from any other hardwood flooring.
Its deep reddish color and its closed grain bring out its silky luster.
Cherry is an ideal choice for the gentler areas of the home, such as a
master suite or dining room. It will gracefully darken with age.
